Refund policy

Please check all merchandise before leaving NTD or upon delivery to your location. We are only responsible to point of delivery/USA Forwarder

1. No Refunds. Exchanges and/or Store Credit only within 3 days of receipt with all original packaging and condition. No exceptions.
2. Custom/Pre or hold orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. No exchanges or returns.
3. All returns/exchanges are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
4. All prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Any goods that are not picked up within 30 days of deposit payment will be become the property of New Tech Display. Any and all deposits will be forfeited and/or storage charges will apply.
   

Custom Display Terms & Conditions

• 50% non-refundable deposit required to start production.

• Remaining balance due upon completion and before pickup or delivery.

• Orders must be picked up or delivered within 14 days of completion.

• After 14 days, storage fee of $100per week applies.

• Late payment on unpaid balances after 30 days: 1.5% per month.

• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

• Orders unpaid or unclaimed after 60 days may be considered abandoned and resold without refund.
