• 50% non-refundable deposit required to start production.

• Remaining balance due upon completion and before pickup or delivery.

• Orders must be picked up or delivered within 14 days of completion.

• After 14 days, storage fee of $100per week applies.

• Late payment on unpaid balances after 30 days: 1.5% per month.

• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

• Orders unpaid or unclaimed after 60 days may be considered abandoned and resold without refund.
